Linkitch Technologies is a global online/offline food ordering and delivery network company. It develops, manages and markets the "Linkitch Mobile apps" software which allows consumers with smart phone to submit a food request with or without a delineation of a specific mileage of their location which the software program then automaticlly links with registered food providers within the specified search area--usually mileage of their location. The consumer then picks a desired provider, links with same and arranges food delivery or local pick-up, time and place. The linkitch app will automaticlly calculate the total cost of the food/service from a preloaded price list set by the food provider with or without delivery options (can be local pick up by the consumer), and transfers appropriate payments to the food providers at preset intervals. Each Linkitch user can register either as a dual user (both a provider and a consumer), or as a single user ( consumer or provider only). users can register with either app at any time.. At any given point, the provider is referred to as " KITCH" and the consumer " LITCH". The Kitch is required to provide pictures of dishes and upgrade as necessary lists of ingredients used in each dish and should be able to accommodate and tweak if possible each dish to meet the needs of the consumer per listed allergies on request. Kitches are able through their app to see a Litchs online profile and relate to them during a transaction. The Kitch enters an aggrement with the site to maintain an uttermost and professional relationship with all Litches as well as ensuring the continued safety and palatability of their dishes/services they offer. Through the app, mom and pop restaurants as well as home based cooks are given a unique opprtunityat starting and running a business without incurring the typical start up and overhead costs or increase exponentially their clientelle base with no increase or even a decrease in existing overheads.. The Kitch is able to advertise their dishes ahead of time. The app offers a unique and different perspective to the mom and pop restaurants as well as home cooks to make more money/increase earnings without a higher overhead and without leaving their comfort zone.
